Both sides do not fit properly or is too loose

I almost just put this in my tool box, but decided to try it first. So glad I tested it. The 30 amp plug is too loose and falls out of the socket and the 120 am side is too tight and does not fit properly

The LED power indicator may be difficult to see in bright daylight
