Review on Adjustable Rolling Thickness Baking Stainless Kitchen & Dining by Emily Baker

Great rolling pin! I use it to roll sugar cookies. I wish there was a size between 5mm and 8mm because I've found that neither gives me the ideal thickness I'm looking for. That being said, both 5mm and 8mm still look good and bake well! The only other reason I didn't give this needle 5 stars is that I find the rubber rings compress a little when a lot of pressure is applied - this can sometimes cause me to have an uneven cookie dough. The rubber construction makes them extra easy to put on and take off and they don't budge on the pin when rolling which is great! All in all this is an amazing stone.
