You don't always get what you pay for for the money in my opinion. It took forever to get it and I bought 3 sets. The manufacturer informed me immediately about the delivery and promised me a free wig because of problems. When he finally got the free wig, it was exactly the opposite of what he promised. It was as if he was trying to be almost disrespectful. I had to cut the hair I bought to make it full in the end. So if you like a good 20 inch order a 24 or 26 so you can cut it. Too much work, trouble and broken promises. I will not order from here again. Rather spend a little more for someone else, it's worth it.
