Received a large box chair in good condition via UPS truck today. It took about 20 minutes. To assemble the chair, the instructions were very clear and simple, there wasn't a single piece in the box. The chair has no defects and is very beautiful. I have serious back problems and so far so good. Let's see how strong it is under my big but. I have had this chair for two weeks now and regret not having kept the box to return it. I think this will go on Craig's list. The chair is one of the worst designs I have ever had. The lumbar region is too large. The back is short and has no headrest when you lay on your back to relax. Seat length 19 inches, back height 28 inches. With its design, anything but upright sitting is terrible.
