That does not work! Made him more stubborn about losing weight!
I exercise every other day, don't overeat or eat really bad food, and I've lost weight, but not fast enough as I would like. I bought this product thinking it would help me but it didn't. Instead my weight is gaining because since using this keto diet formula I am more eager to lose weight. My weight has only gained since I started taking this pill and I exercise and eat well enough that this doesn't happen. I do not recommend it.
