It's supposed to be a plate surface, but it's parchment

I would give 5 stars if it was the item described. I ordered a Bristol board lamellar (very smooth) finish, but they sent me a parchment-like (textured) finish instead - not so good for a fountain pen or technical fountain sequence art. Although this parchment paper is great for pencils. I will be ordering the correct item from another seller as I suspect it is either a parchment top or a random mix of plates and parchment plaques where you get whatever you loot.
