I like that it gives me insights into my visitor's behaviour so i can make changes as required in order for them get what they want quicker or better conversion rates! It has helped improve our marketing efforts by giving us data we previously did not possess which allowed us plan out campaigns effectively allowing time spent producing results rather than wasted effort!!
