Works Like a Charm is the best cleaning tool
I wish I could take before and after photos. Two toilets, really ugly scale and iron deposits. It took about two 10-minute sessions each, but almost all scales were accounted for. Tip: I used white vinegar to soften the stain a bit, but the pumice stone and detergent did the trick. Blocks wear out as you work with them and I've used practically all of the stone on every toilet so I'd recommend buying at least two packs.
