I really liked this product and it seems reliable. The problem is, before I start crashing into the rails of my 2013 Dodge Ram bed, I want to understand the installation process. This is where the problems started. There are no detailed instructions that I can follow. When I was looking for instructions, I found a video instruction from another manufacturer and sent it back out of frustration and ordered a different brand. Before buying I recommended watching the installation videos, if you find them then buy because the product looks solid. If you can't find it, look elsewhere.
