satisfied with the product. Only use the ARC connected to the TV. So don't use the included remote control or other audio connectivity options, so can't comment on that. Sound output is good. The subwoofer connector is easy to set up and won't forget its state over time (knock on wood). Voice acting is nice and clear. makes the TV very interesting (pun intended). I like the LED that appears through the grille on the front of the unit showing INPUT. It's very comfortable and better than the other products I've used.
