Overall, nice product, good weight and sturdy. My biggest complaint was the significant delays getting these to be delivered and my other main issue is the color. These are not at all like the photos and not what I was wanting. These are SHINY BRASS, mirrored surface. These are in no way the muted more brushed gold look that the listing shows, which was what I had wanted. I did not reach out to the company so I can’t speak on the customer service aspect. These were already a month delayed arriving and we needed plate covers for our outlets and switches, so I just figure I’ll spray paint them eventually. I am very disappointed with the coloring of these though.
