My interaction with ObtainSurplus was nothing short of a nightmare. They may have a huge assortment of laboratory instruments and equipment, but the quality of the products they sell is not very good. I spent money on a machine that was supposed to combine and blend ingredients but it stopped working after only a few uses. I attempted to get assistance from their customer service staff, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful when I contacted them. To make a bad situation even more difficult, the degree of expertise offered by their team is insufficient. When I asked several inquiries regarding their products, I was given responses that were evasive and unhelpful. It was abundantly obvious that they did not have a substantial familiarity with the apparatus that they were selling. In general, I would not suggest ObtainSurplus to anyone who is looking to purchase laboratory apparatus. The combination of their low-quality products and unresponsive customer service makes for an experience that is both exasperating and disheartening. You can save yourself the headache by looking elsewhere for a choice that is more dependable and focused on the needs of the customer.
