(Very smart move.) Today she just asked me to buy two more, one for her daughter and one for her sister. I just placed an order. I use my three out of four 20 minute sessions a day. As I type this my massager is running on my L4-L5s. I have to admit that sometimes I feel so good that I tend to deviate from what I should have done. My wife complained that she couldn't sleep last night and ended up getting up just after midnight to give her a massage. I fell asleep blissfully and thought of everything. These little devices are an important part of our lives. Mine has been used many times and continues to work as long as I don't try too many sessions in a row. That's a real winner!**** July 28, 2018 My first device, which I use multiple times *every* day, is starting to form holes in the mesh part of the case. I emailed Zyllion Customer Support in response to an email I received from Revain after signing up for the 1 year warranty. Aside from those holes in my overused device, all four massagers I bought this spring work as expected, and the one I've been stressing out on a daily basis continues to be an important part of my daily routine. I remain a grateful fan of the Zyllion massager. **** 1st August 2018 I emailed Zyllion on the 28th and explained the growing hole in the net. On the 29th I receive a very pleasant acknowledgment of my request and a request to confirm my address. I replied on the 29th, Sunday that the address was correct. On the 30th I received a friendly email that my replacement cap was on the way and had arrived today. It took me less than five minutes to remove the old one and install the new one and it works great. wow again! Why can't all companies be like this?****2. February 2019 I just bought another device for my office so I don't have to carry it around. I still love these devices. worth your money!
