Review on 1080P HD Webcam with Microphone: High-quality 🎥 Streaming for PC Laptop Video Calling and Conferencing by Roberto Strumer

This webcam has not been able to reach my house for a long time. When it got to my house, its packaging was very cheap and simple; There is no logo, it looks like a fake. The quality is terrible, sometimes the microphone doesn't work. I'm very confused because all the other reviews say it works great. Some people say you have to manually focus the camera to improve quality, but the above literally says it's fixed focus. and there are no buttons or anything to indicate that I can focus manually. I've attached a photo so you can see how bad it is. Very confused and disappointed. Someone please help.
