I love how easy it is to use, my clients are happy with their services as well! There's not much i dislike about this service so far but if there was something in particular then maybe its because we haven't used all of our features yet or had any problems at all really (at least for now). We have been using them since they started up here locally years ago which has given us some great experience regarding scheduling appointments/services etc., everything runs very smoothly from beginning-to end!! Highly recommend getting an account sooner rather than later. They will save your business money by taking off hours out time while working through insurance claims process without having staff members sitting around waiting until things get done correctly - plus no need spend more cash hiring additional employees when needed :) The main benefit would be saving costs associated wtih employee turnover rates during busy.
