I'm a woman, 5'6", 140 lbs, and a full size bigger on bottom than on top so men's shirts don't typically work for me. I bought two of these in size small, one royal blue and one pink, and both fit great. They're a tad longer than I prefer but not enough to keep me from wearing them and certainly better than being a tad too short. The material is thicker and better than I expected. The sleeves are the same size (I've had a terrible run of bad luck over the past year with mismatched sleeve sizes so this is a big deal) and aren't too tight in the upper arms, which is a problem for me sometimes.
