This pan is great. It has everything you need to prepare a delicious turkey. It comes with a roasting pan, a stand that lifts the turkey out of the pan to allow the juices to drain and it to be pulled out of the fat. It also comes with a turkey attachment and two meat holders. Everything is made from very strong and durable metal and will not discolour when used in the oven. It is non-stick and can be used with or without aluminum foil. The brazier has two very strong handles that you can hold on to. It's a great value and a great price too
