Review on 🖨️ High-Speed Mono Laser Fax Machine, Dark/Light Gray - Brother FAX-2840 (FAX2840) by Chip Palmer

I purchased this item in February 2019 to replace my old Brother Intellex Fax/Phone which was having paper feeding problems. I repurchased this second Brother fax/phone because I need a fax machine with phone capability for my company's second phone line. Otherwise I would buy an HP product. Now I have the same paper feed problems. I have to open the paper drawer to push the paper back and then press the start button to receive a fax. I have to do this on average after only receiving 1 or 3 pages before the same problem occurs again. The sign always said No Paper. The machine also made clicking noises when paper was loaded. I know I can't return this car a month after buying it. But this fax does not work and is unusable. I would like to receive an exchange for the same car or model with an improved design if possible. I can pay the difference. This Brother phone/fax is almost unusable. Please contact the manufacturer and arrange an exchange for me. Thanks.RL
