Poor quality gaskets
The gaskets supplied are complete rubbish. This is not quality that a local homebrewing center can sell. I wouldn't even use the word quality when describing these pads. They warp like toffees. The spout section is designed to rotate. To do this, tighten the inner nut correctly. The gaskets included in the kit are squeezed out as shown in the picture. they are garbage. I replaced them with older gaskets bought with the same fittings, problem solved. So if I have to buy replacement pods from my local homebrew center, why would I buy junk from that supplier?
