This is a difficult but useful repair for worn leather steering wheel covers. Quality and packaging are top. The fit is excellent, but you may have to shorten the material around the wheel spokes. Mounting, especially on a car, is a PITA royalty. I would recommend removing the wheel if you have the experience or business to do so. This would help immeasurably improve the fit at the rear of the wheel. Procedure. Put on the impeller and align it carefully. Attach the double-sided tape, then remove the backing of the tape (this is tricky). Attach the skin to the exposed areas of the wheel. Slide the excess under the spoke cover (this was difficult on my BMW M wheel). When that's all done, sew, sew, sew. Spinning the wheel helps here, but the 3 and 9 o'clock spoke areas are tricky with their curves (I didn't do it as well as I'd like). Check out YouTube videos, there are some good ones. The finished product is slightly thicker than the original and the quality of the leather is higher. I took 4+45. I could shave for 30 minutes if I didn't have to thread the needle a billion times. I'll ignore the complexity of the installation, the finished product is a steal for the price.
