Needle eyes break off

I thought it was great, but in a week 3 eyes broke off. 2 of them broke when trying to put the thread in the eye with the needle threader. The third just broke through normal use (bead weaving). Not durable at all. The size of the eyes is also non-uniform - in some it is difficult to thread the thread, while in others it is normal.
