Freezes sometimes
Bought for a 3rd grader, used for a virtual school. I know all computers freeze from time to time. This one does it about once a week. My Lenovo laptop doesn't freeze that often. Of course, the laptop is significantly more expensive, but that shouldn't be a recurring problem. I'm glad we went with the larger screen size as the intended use doesn't involve travel. We noticed this during a sale and now that we're used to the unfamiliar platform, it's working well. if he doesn't freeze on us
