This could be a user problem, but I don't think so. I use this headset all day. I love it but it often won't sync with my iPhone 6+ and I have to go into bluetooth settings, forget the device and start syncing again. Meanwhile people are calling and I can't use my headset to answer cslls because it's not synced yet. This is VERY frustrating. Second, even though the instructions say I can listen to music from my phone, even though I follow the instructions, it doesn't work.
