At first I was concerned about the reviews that it arrived damaged. My mailbox was open when I received it but the product is perfect and I'm in love with it! There are three sheets of letters and I had a hard time cutting them from the plastic sheets. I finally found out. 1. Take a pair of scissors and cut them "long" - leaving a piece of plastic that you don't need. 2. Use nail clippers to cut off the excess.3. Throw leftovers in the trash immediately to prevent kittens from eating.
