NOT for beginners
This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was looking for a new interesting hobby and decided to try crocheting. This kit does NOT teach you how to crochet - from the first step it tells you "co" and then "single crochet", but it doesn't tell you what it means or how to do it. I had to youtube. Even after learning how to chain stitch and single crochet, I couldn't figure out how to make the pattern go into a circle, which is also included in the first steps of this "beginner" set. This set also doesn't explain how to do that. I gave up after three hours of crying. it should be fun but it turned out to be a disaster. It went in the trash.
