This mount works very well and supports my 15 inch Acer Triton 500 very well. This mount is an upgraded VESA 100 mount (and actually includes a VESA 100 plate), but it uses a quick-release thumbscrew to replace the plates, so I'm not complaining about potential added utility. It is very easy to assemble and very easy to move after assembly. It's nice to be able to rotate it towards and away from me easily. My big issue is that it uses cutouts on the side support prongs to allow access to the ports. However, you can't adjust where these cutouts are, so some ports (like my laptop's ethernet) are blocked. I had to add a couple of 2mm standoffs to the tray so I could use the Thunderbolt 3 port. Their mileage may vary, but SOME ports will be blocked if you use this one, so have some spacers handy. The side prongs hold the laptop tight enough that I could probably grab the standoffs and not move it, but I don't want to risk it slipping and putting pressure on the cables.
