Review on Swann DVR4 4575 Channel Digital Recorder by Nathan Guzman

it's a piece of junk. I had to update the firmware and now I can't log into the DVR again due to a password issue. I tried to get help from Swann and they are closed Labor Day week. Support.Swann.com was empty and there was no one to talk to. I spent two days fixing this junk. Other people on the Swann Community site are sending this piece of junk back for a refund.
