**EDIT: Although the pots didn't fit, the customer service was excellent. They kindly contacted me by postcard and generously offered me compensation for the pans. Thanks very much! We bought these pans in November 2019 and were delighted with something affordable and seemingly good, and it turns out to be the same as anything under $300. We used the appropriate temperature settings as recommended, only used wood or silicone cookware, only hand washed, and yet two of our most commonly used pans broke. The medium frying pan and large frying pan have completely lost their non-stick properties and become deformed after just a few uses. The small frying pan and pots still work great.
