Warps at 325F only - stay away
It warps in the oven at 325F. This should not be done before at least 400 if not 425. It just shows poor quality, especially for a "restaurant quality" pan. Other users have said it's heavy ie on the edges of the pan but the center/centre of the pan where the food will be is thin. Stay away if I find one that doesn't warp I will update my review.
