The best part is that it helps me keep up-to date records for my customers as well! It's easy enought when I'm in front or after work hours but if there are any issues at night time (when we close) then they have no way around contacting us via phone call so sometimes this can be inconvenient especially during busy times such as weekends/holidays etc..
When things go wrong i would like them straight away rather than waiting until morning which could cause problems later down stream e.g., getting paid late by clients due to being out sick / having car breakdowns ect.
