Excellent customer service & great product
It is very simple to use for both users who are new to supply chain technology as well as seasoned professionals. The team at Supply it has been extremely helpful with our specific issues that we have had so far. They are always quick to respond when I send them an email within minutes they will usually get back to me right away! There isn't much about this app that I don't like. If you're looking for something easy to use then definitely check out their website. As mentioned above, support was fantastic! We were able to implement almost instantaneously and start seeing results right after the first day of implementation. This helped us immensely because one thing we did not realize before implementing SupplyIt was how time consuming everything was going through other systems (i.e., Excel). With Supplyit there was no longer any need to copy data into multiple tabs and paste it all together. Everything just flows seamlessly without.
