Walnut slices mustard.

They are not fully interchangeable with Olfa. We are using these on an automatic cutting machine and the hole ID needs to be slightly smaller than Olfa's as this cannot be fitted. When we then converted it to a mount, the blade lasted less than half a day before snapping. I think it's not as structurally sound as the Olfa. It might be fine for casual use in a hand-held slicer, but it definitely won't cut mustard in professional use. .
