They are very patient with me when I ask for clarification or need more information about how something will work/look before finalizing it - which helps us get closer together quickly without wasting time creating unnecessary features (which can be costly). It's hard sometimes knowing exactly what you want from your solution but they always make sure everything works out perfectly once its complete :) Great communication between both parties makes this process seamless too!!
