Like different sizes and shapes to suit my project.
I used this to mount the DVR to a mirror so I wouldn't risk coating my car windows. I also wanted to be able to rotate it if necessary and take the camera off the hot car. I can't say anything about durability yet. I bought an extra kit in case the sun ruins it. I also don't know how long the camera will last, so it's between the two. I will eventually use the parts on another camera or maybe something else as needed. But now everything is fine.
