I wash a lot of straws in the dishwasher and when I put them in I didn't think otherwise, they melted, bent, deformed. I can't use the ones I put in the washing machine. You may have said it on the list and I didn't see it, but just a reminder to hand wash only! I also didn't measure my cups before buying them and thought a 13" straw would be great, but SO HIGH! It looks a bit weird, I would definitely measure before buying, measure the straw you currently have or use if you are using it as a spare and if you want it to be larger than the straw, in where you are, your cup was just an inch . Otherwise they will be very high. I use these in my room, must-have glasses from Target, and they're about 2 inches larger than the original straw.
