Review on Verb Leadership Development by Mark Adams

I really enjoyed how it was easy to navigate through different modules of verbs training for my team members compared to other programs we have used in our organization previously (ease). There were times where there could be more videos included per module than what would fit into one video but this did not bother me much as long as they are still relevant enough. The overall experience felt very authentic because you can actually see each participants face while watching their progress throughout the program which makes everything feel so real! We saw improvements across all levels within our department including communication/leadership style & confidence level amongst employees who participated on the same trainings together.
