Customer Service Change: They saw my review and contacted me directly about my issues and offered me a full refund. I am very impressed that they were helpful and so responsive. Thanks to their recommendations, my device works much better. It's quite a small device so I wasn't sure if it could handle everything I need. Sometimes it works fine, and other times it overheats and just stops working. I have 2 monitors along with my laptop and it doesn't work with both monitors so I had to connect one of them to my laptop. Small inconveniences. I connected an ethernet cable to it, but it still drops frequently, which can make things worse when you're in a meeting, at school, or in the middle of a project. It works 85% as expected so for the price I really shouldn't complain.
