The sound quality of these headphones is amazing, but if you like closed-back headphones, they're comfortable. The firmware on both ear pads broke a few weeks ago, but I can't afford to buy new ones from an ATM so I'm sticking with it. Their warranty clearly states that it does not cover accessories such as earpads/cushions. I had them for a little over 7 months before these $250 headphones made it. I take care of my gear as best I can because I can't afford to just swap things left and right. I save and buy what I research is great no matter the price because I want it to last. These headphones don't even sit on my desk when I'm done with them. I hang them on a soft hanger so as not to damage them. Will never trust any other Sennheiser product.
