Better than cheap component cables

It still has some image noise, most notably in the Wii's home screen menu, but it's not as bad as the $10 component cable set I bought from Amazon last year. The picture is definitely better than cheap component cables, which performed better than composite cables. I'll probably buy Retrovision component cables in the future, but the games I've played have looked fine with no noticeable lag, and for $7 it's really good. So, I would say if you were going for composite cables, cheap component cables or that, I would recommend this Wii for HDMI. But I heard you should make sure you get the black one because it's a later version (I don't know if that's true or not). But I bought the black one based on this hint.
