Review on Readytosky by Jabari Campbell

Unfortunately, despite the fact that I had high hopes for the online store that Readytosky offers, I did not have a positive experience with the company's customer service. I bought a remote-controlled vehicle from their website, but when it arrived, it was incomplete and was missing a part. I called their customer care staff in order to obtain a replacement part; nevertheless, it took them many days to react to my request after I had contacted them. When they did finally get back to me, they were unhelpful and refused to provide assistance with the problem I was having. Due to their lack of attention to the needs of their customers, I was left feeling angry and let down. My opinion of the company has been tainted by the fact that it provides terrible customer service, despite the fact that the company's products might be novel and interesting. Due to my previous experiences, I am unable to endorse Readytosky.
