Batteries and air conditioning not included! However, the light is really useful and very portable. YouTube reviews give you a perfect idea of this light but I frigging love it. When used with daylight it's not very powerful so you'll need to find a way to get it closer to the subject, so it's very useful for close-up and some medium-range shots. In controlled studio conditions it has too many uses to write here. Keep in mind that this is a soft light, it has no barn doors and the amount of light will be less if you use only one of the colors than if you use both. It might put some people off, but using this device for jogging and photography is a big deal (especially if you're working after dark).
