Docking with one star due to poor brochure instructions. If I hadn't already used one of my sister's I wouldn't know how to make the first cup. Here are the instructions from an article 1000 times clearer than a brochure that has no words, only confusing pictures! while the other produces a longer cup of lungo coffee. You press one of the buttons for a second to turn the machine on, then press both when you want to put it back to sleep. So press any key to turn it on. Both buttons will then flash while the machine heats up and once the water is at the right temperature the buttons will be solid green [This is NOT clear at all in their instructions]. as needed by releasing a portion of water and then discarding it. Then it's time to insert the pod/capsule: there's a handle that surrounds the body of the machine. Lift this handle up and the capsule container will open. Insert the capsule and push the handle down and you're good to go. Then simply decide whether you want a short or long recording, press the appropriate button and enjoy. "Note - Inissia is noisy but I guess so are the Expresso machines. ______________________________________________________________________ Having had the best coffee I have ever had I bought this Nexpresso.
