As soon as I opened the box of the gloves, they were in a transparent paste bag inside a rectangular box. I thought great, extra security cleanliness. I ripped open the plastic bag and a horrible chemical smell came out. It was disgusting. I took a few Govs out of the box. They were all smelly. This plastic bag should keep the smell from getting out of the box. There was no way I would wear them on my skin. I called Revain support. They gave me credit for my account. I threw those chemical smelling gloves that stank throughout the room in the trash can outside. I used a loan that Revain gave me back and spent a little more on a brand I already trust and know to be good, Curad. It costs extra money. The customer service representative, "J" for Jeremiah, was very friendly, helpful, and patient. He didn't interrupt me while I was telling him about the gloves. He knew what he was doing. He wasn't nervous. He was easygoing and fun, which made me feel better. He was a prime example of how a customer service representative should treat a customer. I gave the gloves one star because it's the lowest rating. I gave "J" 5 stars.
