DO NOT DO THAT! good for desktops

I chose this computer for my mom, she is old school and not very into laptops. When it arrived the monitor and hard drive had all sorts of scratches and scuffs. I thought they would at least remove this crap before reselling the device. Since it was a birthday present, I made it. I will definitely never buy anything refurbished again.
