It heats up almost exactly - I checked it with a thermometer, which showed similar numbers, + - a couple of degrees. Not a hot case, stable on a stand, unlike various Chinese options that are tired of sorting out. This one was found by accident by stopping at the store and seeing its price for the stock, we decided to take it. It can maintain the set temperature for half an hour. I was looking for just such a kettle, since we take soda, which is recommended to be extinguished with water of 70 degrees, it is great and very convenient. Still, it's nice to get a good thing that I hope will last a long time. Has some cons: I don’t know if this is a disadvantage, but when the opening button is pressed, the lid does not open 90 degrees, but somewhat less. You can manually open it completely.
