Review on Cordless drill driver Makita DF330DWE by Wiktor ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor product, the quality is below average.

The discrepancy between price and quality is frankly annoying. To pay for quality (and before Makita it was a NAME) and get a Shurik who didn’t really live even 1.5 years is a mockery. At first I was satisfied, it turns well, everything is OK, it is comfortable. After 3 months, troubles began with the cartridge - a transverse play appeared. Frankly scored, because it did not interfere. After about five months, the first speed began to turn on problematic, and then it stopped altogether. Hike to the service - the replacement of the gearbox. I demanded an old spare part - it turned out that the recess, which is made of plastic, was worn out. And this despite the fact that I only worked at home: a wardrobe, shelves, a cabinet, some work on the car, I helped my godfather. That is, I did not overexert him, but he did not lie in a box for months. The repair cost 1/3 of the cost of the Shurik, since the gearbox is not subject to warranty. I paid what to do. A little more than a year after the purchase, the screwdriver was completely covered: the smoke went and it fell silent forever. The engine burned out. I will not repair in principle - how much can I pay ? Now I'm looking for something similar, but cheaper. Perhaps I’ll take a DA-10 from Interskol with two batteries - two times cheaper than the vaunted Makita.

Pros
  • easy
Cons
  • low quality
