It is a great tool to help monitor and manage the culture of an organization. I highly recommend CultureCord. I am using CultureCord to monitor and manage the culture of my organisation. The best part of this software was that it helps you identify your employees by their work ethics, personality traits etc before hiring them which makes us more confident about our hires! I do not like its website interface sometimes gets too complicated for new users. It has helped me immensely with my team selection process as well!! Highly recommended if one wants complete peace of mind while working towards creating an inclusive organization where diversity brings innovation.
