Review on SlimFold Minimalist RFID Wallet Waterproof by Leandro Gray

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very thin and light, holds everything securely. Thinner than my old empty wallet.

I've had this wallet for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I used to have a thin leather wallet and although it was thinner than most wallets it was too thick and when I carried it in my back pocket it was uncomfortable to sit on. I've tried and hated several other slim wallets and finally decided to give this one a try. Advantages: 1) Very thin and light. It weighs almost nothing empty. If you have a leather wallet, the various pockets will take up space even when empty, and the leather material is much thicker than this wallet. When empty, this wallet weighs next to nothing and the material is as thin as paper. 2) Allows you to safely carry common items. I tried a few other wallets and was blown away by how "protected" the cards and cash were. One of the wallets had a clip mechanism in the middle of the foldable cash storage area and I noticed that it added volume to the wallet and there were many complaints about it becoming loose or breaking. I love the dedicated cash pocket in this wallet and that it fits US currency perfectly. Some other wallets had the card slots facing outwards, which doesn't make sense to me. If the holes come loose, the card may fall out and fall into your pocket or onto the floor. On this wallet, the holes are closer to the middle of the wallet. This means that if the card ever slips or slips, there is nowhere to go when the wallet is folded in half. It just makes sense to do it this way and I'm shocked that so many other wallets are designed differently. Cons: The only negative thing about this wallet for me is the design and the looks. Honestly, how often do people pay attention to your wallet? I highly doubt it, but this one seems cheap and reminds me of the first wallet I had in high school. I'm not sure how well it will hold up over the long term, but it doesn't seem particularly durable given how thin it is. Only time will tell, I don't think it matters much. In general, according to the criteria that are important to me, this wallet has a rating of 9.5/10.
