Review on AQUA CREST EV9262 71 Replacement Cartridge by Mario Bullard

Have been using original H104 filters for over ten years and are satisfied with their filtration and stability over time. Thanks to the filter, our kettle and espresso machine are lime-free for about a year. I saw this filter, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. At first it seemed excellent; The water hardness sticks showed results similar to the original filter in the first two weeks and we were satisfied. However, after a couple of weeks we noticed limescale build up in the kettle so we cleaned it but after a couple of days it reformed meaning the filter wasn't working as it should. In addition, water hardness sensors showed completely different results than just a few weeks ago.
