Just unpacked the stocking I ordered. I asked for a stamped background. Unfortunately the background of the stocking is not 100% cross stitched so there are many unfinished areas stamped with dark blue squares. I don't know how to get rid of the ink, so I guess I'll have to wrap everything with white thread. Everything would be fine, but I don't have enough white threads or time to finish it. It's not for this Christmas, but I wanted to finish it, fill it out and mail it to someone abroad; hence my problem. Can the seller tell me how to get rid of unwanted ink? I ordered other stockings and only the pattern was stamped.
